Registered Seller of Travel Licenses & Credentials
Registration as a seller of travel does not constitute approval by the State of California, Florida, or Washington. Passport to Adventure, LLC is an accredited agency member of IATAN, CLIA, TRUE & ASTA.
1. Agreement & Effective Date
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") are between Passport to Adventure, LLC ("Agency," "our," "us," or "we") and You ("you," "your," or "yourself"). These Terms become effective and binding on each Traveler upon the earlier of: (1) your written, digital, or electronic signature or acceptance; or (2) your Booking, payment toward, or use of Travel Services.
2. Traveler Obligations
Each Traveler agrees to: (1) carefully read and understand these Terms, your Trip Documentation, and all correspondence; (2) notify us within 24 hours of any errors or omissions; (3) contact us sufficiently prior to travel dates to ensure availability and avoid fare increases; (4) make all deposits and payments per the schedule set out in your Trip Documentation; and (5) review and remain up to date regarding travel warnings. You confirm you are 18 years of age or older.
3. Independent Travel Suppliers
Suppliers (airlines, hotels, cruise lines, wholesalers, tour operators) are independent of Agency and operate under their own terms and conditions. Agency is not responsible for any Supplier's breach of contract, route changes, delay, or financial default/bankruptcy. You agree to comply with Supplier baggage allowances, check-in times, and age/height rules.
4. Travel Risk & Travel Protection Insurance
Passport to Adventure, LLC strongly advises every traveler to buy comprehensive travel protection insurance covering trip cancellation, trip interruption, medical emergencies, emergency evacuation, baggage loss, and travel delay. If you choose not to buy travel insurance, you accept all financial risks and waive protection relating to your travel.
5. Pricing, Deposits & Hosted Payments
Quoted prices are pricing at time of search and subject to availability until payment is processed. Unless specifically itemized, prices do not include port taxes, resort fees, baggage fees, or local occupancy taxes collected at the property. Payments processed online use secure, encrypted hosted payment gateways or Supplier merchant accounts — Passport to Adventure, LLC never stores card numbers on our servers.
6. Changes, Cancellations & Chargebacks
Cancellations and changes are subject to Supplier terms and penalties. If you change or cancel a Booking, you may be subject to Agency administrative fees of $25 per person plus Supplier penalties. You agree not to initiate any credit card chargeback or reverse charge for valid charges processed on your behalf.
7. Passports, Visas, TSA & Entry Requirements
International travelers must possess a valid passport valid for at least six months beyond the return date. REAL ID, ETIAS (Europe), and ETA (UK) requirements apply where mandated. All airline passengers must provide TSA Secure Flight Passenger Data matching government-issued ID exactly.
8. Limitation of Liability & Governing Law
Passport to Adventure, LLC acts as a booking advisor. Our entire liability for any claim is limited to the total commissions collected for your Booking. These Terms are governed exclusively by the laws of the State of Oregon, United States.
9. Seller of Travel Required Disclosures
California: Passport to Adventure, LLC is registered as a California Seller of Travel CST 2166290-70. Registration as a seller of travel does not constitute approval by the State of California. Passport to Adventure, LLC is not a participant in the California Travel Consumer Restitution Fund.
Florida: Fla. Seller of Travel Ref. No. ST-45992.
Washington: WA UBI # 605 946 389. If transportation or other services are cancelled by the seller of travel, all sums paid for services not performed will be refunded within 30 days of receiving funds from the vendor.
